Sorry, Gail, but I don't use Genealogy.com for storing data. Is there a HELP section on your page that you could click on to check what is causing the problem? Have you uploaded the file to attach to an existing file, or, is it a new file? Did you direct it to where you had saved it on your computer when you created the GEDCOM? These are just some though starters, but I am sure some one who uses Genealogy.com for storing data will have the solution. Lance
