I'm using PAF 5.1 When I print a report to a file, a book with decendancy, the Index is only included in the preview. ("Index Included" under options is marked.) When I start printing (saving) this to a RTF-file, my word processor (WORD 2000) opens without the index. How to get the index to the file? Joerg Schnadt
