Thank you Lance. I will try this. I am trying to enter obits into the Notes section without typing. I guess I can scan them into wordpad and then clip and paste. Thank you for your suggestion about the Classic clipboard, but that site says it only is available for Windows 95 and 98. I have XP and it doesn't appear that it will work with that program. Thanks anyway. Bob
