Obviously the recipient of your proposed files has a computer and is connected to the Internet. Why not encourage them to download PAF5 from Family Search, install it, and then you can send them a GEDCOM. Then they will be able to view it in the way you have created it. They will also be able to add their own data and send a GEDCOM back to you. That would simplify the process for you both.
