PAF 5 has "Print to File" in RTF format for many reports. The resultant file can be e-mailed as an attachment. If the report comes out garbled on the recipient's end, and/or if you wish to cut down on the file size, try a compression program such as WinZip.
Additionally, with PAF 5, you can send an HTML web page file directory complete with pictures so that the recipient can open it in his browser. This may be practical only if you have a CD Burner.
