The report is a Modified Registry of an Ancestor. I've clicked on the "include index" and "Print to File", using PA5.17. When I preview the file, there are 10 pages, including the index. When I print to file, there are 9 pages with no index. My purpose in printing to file is store the file for later attachment to an e-mail. I have not tried in printing from PAF. Can you suggest how I might have an index when I print to file?
