Check your PAF5 detailed version number in Help - About. The latest revision is 5.1.12.0 and if you don't have that you should use Help - Check for software updates to get the latest version and install it. I went from 5.1.7.0 to 5.1.12.0 and that cleared up a couple of problems that I was having. Good luck
