I'm a new user of PAF 5 and am having trouble figuring out how to back up my file. When I close the program, I get a message recommending that I back up the file. A dialogue box opens telling me to: Save in: My Documents File name: Surname Save as type: PAF5 Backup Files (*.zip) When I click on "Backup" it then shows a folder: Surname.zip When I try to back up the file to this folder, I get a message: "You do not have permission to open this file. See the owner of the file or an administrator to obtain permission." I'm dazed and confused as this is MY file! What in the world have I done wrong?
