First, make a backup. (Just in case...) then select Tools|Match/Merge, then select Ancestral File Numbers. You can click the automatic merge option also, but I never do. When you select Next Match, the program will search entries with the same AFN and ask if they should be merged. If I remember correctly, there's an entire lesson on the subject. |
