Hello John, Thank you for your reply to my post. The troubles that I'm having with the omission and/or doubling up of text begins in PAF 4 and 5 when I preview print, before I even send it to MSWord. Then, when I do print an ahnentafel or modified register to file from PAF 4, I can adjust the margins to recover the missing information on one page, but other pages wind up having text omitted that wasn't missing before I changed the margins. PAF 4 has a few formatting problems that I can live with, but I must have all of my information showing on my reports. Also, something's really haywire with PAF 5's formatting. This program does too many goofy things with my reports and I have given up on it. If I could get PAF 4 to just behave with this one problem, I'd be delighted. I've been trying to get help with this problem for about 6 months and I appreciate any suggestions that you might have. Tana Etheridge
