On another list Richard L. Halliday has posted This evening I went to the FamilySearch site where I found the
following information about PAF 5.1.

Release 5.1, 21 Mar 2001
CHANGES:
PAF checks for updated software. You check by going to the Help menu and
selecting the option Check for Software Updates.
PAF now supports Palm OSŽŽ handheld computers. You can select individuals
and families for export to your handheld computer and use the PAF program
for Palm OSŽŽ to view your data on the handheld.
Additional languages for the program include German, Japanese, Chinese,
Korean, and Swedish.
The date display formats now allow a year, month, day option.
