Thanks, Roy, but I tried that. I have Win98 and the HP web site insists that I have the latest printer driver for my DeskJet 560C built into Win98. I've also reinstalled PAF 5 twice, and the second time I included the Unicode font file in the install. Still didn't make a difference.
