Hello Roy, Thank you for your reply. I am getting ready to send another feedback message to the LDS Family Support as I've done as they suggested and uninstalled the previous PAF 5 installation and reinstalled their current download. I'm still getting exactly the same message that I got before. I have set the margins as small as they will go and changed all of the fonts to 8 pt. I didn't change to a different font with this download, but I did with the two prior installations. I even tried to print a custom report with "Sex" as the only field on the report, and I still can't preview, print or print it to file. My operating system is Windows 98SE and my printer is HP 672c. Do I need to set the printer driver to "Multiple Languages" if I am only using the English version? If so, do you know how to do this? I appreciate any help you can give me. Thank you again. Tana
