Dear Ms. Etheridge,

We have been experiencing difficulties with the PAF5 download. Due to these problems the download will be temporarily unavailable. Please check back next week.

The problems that you are having could very well be due to a bad download. We suggest that you uninstall PAF5 then re-download again when it is available. We would appreciate you letting us know if the problem has been corrected or if it still exists.

We apologize for any inconvenience.
