Thanks Jim, but I now have another problem! When I click on TOOLS/PREFERENCES the screen of my monitor shows the "GENERAL TAB" view and it is so enlarged that I can't read it all nor can I get out of this screen without ESC. If you or anyone can help it will be greatly appreciated.........Eugene
