Hello Deb, Thank you for your follow-up to my post. I never had any trouble with converting the previous versions of PAF and saving them to the same directory, so I didn't think there would be a problem this time. That may be what's causing my difficulties, though. I am going to try downloading and installing PAF5 again and see what happens. I appreciate your help. Tana
