Dear Nikole, Dr. John Etherbert Padgett was born 26 Jan 1824 Edgefield Co., S.C., died 3 Apr 1875 Edgefield Co., S.C. His parents were William Padgett(b. 9 Apr 1804, Edgefield Co., S.C. d. 22 Feb 1884, Edgefield Co., S.C.) and Margaret Denny (b. 3 Dec 1804, d. 24 Jan 1882 Edgefield Co., S.C.) There are more folks going back to Richard Padgett, b. abt 1515 & Katherina Isham, probably Deptford, Kent, England. I'm a 'hunt & peck' typist so I'm worn out. If you need more, please contact me.
