I'm not related.

Davis McCaracken Frampton's World War I draft card shows he was born June 1, 1878. He was living in Jefferson County, PA with his wife Viola. Henry Walter Franptn's (that's the way it is on the card) WWI draft card shows he was born Sept 19, 1888 in Clearfield County, PA and was living in Pocahontas County, WV with his wife and 3 children.

The 1880 census shows Benjamin and Elizabath Frampton of Jefferson County, PA had a son Davis M. age 2. The 1900 census show Benjamin and Elizabeth Framton of Jefferson County had a son Henry born Sept 1888.

The WWI draft card for H. W. Frampton shows he was born Oct 26, 1888 and was living in Charleston, SC with his wife Nellie.

Some of these records you can look at for free at labs.familysearch.org and Ancestry.com. For those you cannot see for free I suggest checking with your local libraries to see if they have Ancestry or Heritage Quest.

According to his West Virginia birth record Westley Frampton was born Nov 15, 1919 to Henry and Lucinda: http://www.wvculture.org/vrr/va_select.aspx

You might also be interesting in looking at the death certificates for Clark Frampton 1937 in Texas and Claire Frampton 1944 in Ohio. Both were children of Benjamin and Elizabeth: http://search.labs.familysearch.org/recordsearch/start.html?datestamp=1195390820093#p=home

To answer your questions directly Davis was born in 1878 and Henry W. Frampton of PA and WV was not the same Henry W. Frampton who lived in SC.
