Hello. My father is a Munsonite! Recently, I have been dabbling with local geneology projects. I have 3 listings of the local cemeteries in that region. Emmanuel UM, St John's Lutheran, and the Forest (German) Baptist. I am the church clerk for Forest Baptist Church. St John's is listed as Munson; whereas the other two categorize under Winburne. There was another Church for the Munson folks--mainly the centre county side (across the bridge--Cassanova area). This was the St Paul/Paulus German Lutheran church. Only a foundation is remaining, but an active cemetery is on the hillside. No one has cataloged this cemetery. Frankly, not too many know of it. It is located on an old dirt road, Sawmill Road that runs parallel to the main road. I checked the catalog listings I have of the 3 churches i listed above. Your ggrandfather's name wasn't there (not meaning he ISNT--could have been a cataloging error/illegible grave marker/unmarked grave, etc).
Have you contacted St. John's? Let me know if you need more information. Good luck.
