Debbie, I knew a Baxter family in Brisbin. I grew up in Houtzdale which was just over the hill from Brisban and went to school with a "Torque" Baxter. Brisban is a small place (about 150) people so this family is probably related. They lived by the Brisban Dam and I believe the father of the family I knew was named Peter. I would get a phone book and just call. Tim
