Searching for information on the NAGLE family of Clearfield Co., PA. I have a Sarah NAGLE, born about 1857, who is buried in Harmony Cem., Burnside Twp., Clearfield Co., PA and was living with a Hudson OAKS/OAKES in 1920 in Clearfield Co., PA. Children include: 1. George William OAKS/OAKES, born 1879 married Ella A. OWENS in 1902 and then married Pearl E. YOUNG FLEGAR after 1917. Father of George is unknown, may have been a BAUM. Children of Sarah and Hudson OAKS/OAKES (born about 1859 in PA, died after 1920) include: 1. Harry OAKS/OAKES, born 1880-1885 2. Laura OAKS/OAKES, born 1880-1885. 3. John OAKS, born about 1885 married Tillie. 4. Herbert Hudson OAKS/OAKES, born 5 Nov. 1886, died 18 Jan 1982, married Octa Zula FULTON in 1904. 5. Merle H. OAKS/OAKES, born 7 Mar 1895, died July 1982. This family lived in Clearfield Co., PA. This Hudson OAKS/OAKES may be connected to an earlier Hudson OAKS, born about 1840 and died about 1885 who is buried in East Ridge Cem., Burnside Twp., Clearfield Co., PA, but I don't know the exact connection to date. Looking for any connections with the OAKS/OAKES, FLEGAR, YOUNG, NAGLE, and BAUM families in Clearfield Co., PA during this time period. Willing to share information.
