We just got back last night from my wife's Cook family reunion in Anoka MN. I met and talked to the family historian who had been to Germany searching her Cook line. Please just keep us in your back up folder on the chance there is a connection. The German Marriage records has them listed as "Valentine Rohe, married to Elisabeth Wagner on June 5th 1827 in the Marriage register of the Royal City Hall, Ingbert?. as well as the marriage of Joseph Cook to Theresa Yenny born in Hesse darmstadt, Germany.
