I am looking for a family that settled in Eastern Oregon in the late 1800's and could be OTTEY or OTLEY. They would be Fred and Ida (Dorman). They supposedly settled on a cattle ranch and raised a large family. Do you have any part of your line in that area? I would appreciate any information because I have hit a brick wall.
