Mrs David WHETSTONE b 1825; d 4-4-1906 Winona MN; father: Henry PARKER

Several death records for ch/o David/Nancy on familysearch.org.

Henry PARKER was in Dearborn Co by 1820. This is his land patent. Unfortunately, he had already been in the Co for at least 3 yrs, or patent would most likely would name his former residence.
