I don't have access to Portage Co obits. Try the public library in Ravenna, this is the normal place for archiving obits. There is an obit for Harold in the New Castle News[PA] 10-28-1975 thru Newspapers Archives [fee], and also available thru the New castle Public Library,

Harold Frank is the s/o Wm & Myrtle BOYLES of New Castle, Lawrence Co PA
Charlotte is the d/o Anderew and Catherine PERRY of Ravenna, Portage Co OH; also of Clarion Co PA.

Harold had previous to WWI served in the PA Nat'l Guard Cavalry.
