1850 Tuscarawas Co., OH census is full of WALLICK, and they seem to have originated from PA.

IF your William was still in Tuscarawas Co., in 1850, then he has to be one of the following three, and to me, it has to be the first one, even if there appears to be a two year age difference. It is very common to find up to a three year variance of ages, on different census.
