I am looking for information on Martha Ann(?) CARTER (1845-1889) whose parents were John and Mary Craig Carter. She married John Franklin RUPP (1835-1917) in 1859 probably in Ohio (Alliance?). She had 7 children including Linda E. RUPP (1862-1889) who married a James Carter TINSLEY (1853-1893), said to be a first cousin of Martha Ann.
