I am trying to find any info. & living relatives from the MANN/BUBECK/CRAWFORD family from OH, IN & OK. It is believed that my grandfathers from the Bubeck family line were named after a Guy MANN or someone connected to the MANN family. My grandfathers Fred Guy BUBECK, SR. & JR. were both named after a grandfather or uncle MANN, but I cannot find any links to this connection. I believe the Guy Mann we are looking for was born or lived in ELKHART, IN & may have been a tailor, but all searches come up empty for the Guy Mann's I have found. Fred Guy BUBECK SR. (OH) married Winniefred E. CRAWFORD (NY). They married 1913 in ELKHART, IN. Her brothers Harry & Gordon CRAWFORD lived in ELKHART, IN. but have little info. on them (except Uncle Harry & Pearl CRAWFORD and Uncle Gordon & Mary CRAWFORD) since Fred & Winniefred lived in TULSA, OK & both buried there. The first connection I have to the MANN family is Fred Guy Sr's father: George A. BUBECK/BUBACK married Delilah B. MANN 1885 in WILLIAMS County, OH. They had 4 children: Fred Guy, Roy, Blanche & Georgia/Charlene. Delilah B. BUBECK & her son Fred Guy were buried in TULSA, OK. Delilah MANN's parents are Elizabeth Ellen THARP & William D. MANN (MUSKINGUM), both from OH. They had 12 children. None of them named Guy. I have some dates, etc. on most of these siblings & who they married but little else. Her brother Isaac N. MANN (1848 in DEFIANCE, OH) married Amelia HOMABERGER & had 1 son. They are only ones I know so far moved from OH to Ft. Wayne, ALLEN County, IN. Another brother, Clyde MANN, born in WILLIAMS County, OH in 1871, may have lived/died in TULSA, OK. I can't find any trail for him though. Going up from there are more William Mann's. William MANN born in IRELAND 1795-1851 married to Mary DAVIDSON born in PA 1798-1870. The next William MANN 1773-1818 married to SARAH 1774-1833. I am hoping someone might know if any of these William Manns or their descendants had a nickname or middle name Guy or any other associations this name Guy may have come from. If anyone has any information about these families I would really appreciate hearing from you. Thank you, Kristi
