I am in need of some help. I am looking for my husbands grandfathers birth record. His name was Frank Wesley Wells we have been told he was born in Mercer County. We do not know his parents names. That is why we are looking for a birth record. We have been told that his mother name was Elmira Helen Snavely but we have got no where with this information. any Help on this is need.
