The address of 2107 E 19th in Cleveland was Maybelle Apartments in 1940.

It consisted of 16 apartments and was located between Prospect and Carnegie Ave. Here is a link to where you can see a picture of teh apartment building. In the search field, enter "Maybelle Apartments" and you will see a couple pictures that were taken in 1965:

That area is now part of Cleveland State University and is where the Wolstein Center is now located (built in 1991). The Wolstein Center replaced Woodling Gym which was built in 1973.
