Nancy Rigdon (maiden name Harbert) is buried in the West Union Cemetery, Spencer, Allen County Ohio. Her tombstone says she was 89Y, 1d at the time of her death 27 Jan 1900. I requested a copy of her death certificate (hoping to discover the names of her parents) from the Allen County Court House but they have no record. Any suggestions on where this information might be located or how to find an obituary for Nancy would be appreciated.
