My husband and his two brothers and two sisters were taken from their parents in November 1963 and put in the Allen County Children's Home. in 1964, he and one of his sister's were returned to the parents. They never saw or heard of the other children again, assume they were adopted. We would like to find them. The family name is Newland, the three children were: Mary Jane, bd 5/15/58, John Milton, bd 7/11/62, and Ray Eugene, bd 6/6/63. We were told that Ray had some sort of birth defect. We would appreciate any information anyone can offer. My husband's name is Weldon Charles Newland, but has always been called Charles or Charlie.
