Searching for documentation that will prove Mary Frances Oates b. 21 Aug 1821 in Burke Co GA. d. 12 March 1902 in Jefferson Co Ga was the daughter of Charles Oates of Marion Co SC. Mary Frances m. Thomas Pennington 31 May 1844 in Jefferson Co. Any help on this line will be greatly appreciated.
