Re: 1899 listing of Frank, at 307 Montgomery, comment "see Eckert" 
 
I know that the middle initial for Emmeretta Cook (aka "Emma" Cook) was "E" so I think the listing of her being a dressmaker on McBride ca. 1889/90 could very well be Blanche's mother.
