I don't know if this will help but I found a Fred Rivers, last known address Lanoka Harbor, NJ. Life span 1926-1977. The state of issuance for his death certificate was NY. He was 71 yrs 7 months. Do not let anyone stop you from finding his family. He has every right to know. I am from the Rivers line, but I don't know if I am from the same. If I see info anywhere, I will forward to you.
