I do have a book, "A Genealogical Dictionary of the Early SAWYER Families of New England" by Fred E. Sawyer", that lists about 10 Thankful SAWYERs... In the list of Place Namesit does not list Mohawk River, NY... but if you can give me a date I might have better luck finding your Thankful. There is no CULVER surname listed either. -sorry Let me know.. MaryJane
