The 1850 census for the town of Liberty, Sullivan county, lists one John F. Stoddard, age 24, occupation teacher. There is one other Stoddard in that county census, one Enos, age 30, who may be related to John. I suspect this John STODDARD may be my maternal g-g-g-grandfather. Does anyone have any further information about him, or possible leads that could help my search? Thanks, Geof Acker
