Teresa, It appears the Polly Shepard you mention was my 2nd-gr-grandmother. I was stuck in finding anything on Polly until I stumbled onto your post. I know from her daughter Addie's (my gr-grandmother) census information that Polly was born in NY. I have information from a family bible that shows Polly Amorillis Shepard first married Alfred G. Richardson. They had 2 children that did not survive (I have dates and names). They apparently moved to Wisconsin based on the photocopy I have of Alfred's military discharge papers. Polly second married my 2nd-gr-grandfather, James J. Clark, and had 4 children of which 3 survived. I have more information on their children's families also. Looking forward to hearing from you.
