Would anyone have info on David Failing b.2/20/1819 in Jefferson County, N.Y. He is my gggrandfather and married Elizabeth T.(Betsey) Wheeler on 10/23/1847. I can't find who his family is but I think the spelling got changed but not sure. Thanks for any help anyone can give me. Cat
