Did John and harriet have a son named John L. who was in the Civil War?

I found an inscription of a John L. who died in the war and is buried in a family plot. It says son of John and H. I don't find another John but i did find a Hannah wife of John but she was too old to be the mother of John L. They are in the Antwerp Hillside Cemetery.

I'm looking into this because i have a Giddion HOwe from Antwerp that was married to Mary Jeffers.
