I am looking for dates and any information regarding a George Duquette that was born abt 1879 in Watertown and died there or nearby. I know that when young he played for a professional baseball team in Watertown and in later years he was a school principal. His father was Jean Baptiste Duquet, b. May 13, 1842 in St-Bernanrd-de-Lacolle, Quebec; d. October 11, 1921 in Watertown, NY. His mother was Anna Tobin, b. March 08, 1845 in West Meath, Cork, Ireland; d. April 23, 1927 in Watertown, NY. Any information on early 1900 baseball teams from watertown would be great too!
