Hello, I am trying to locate information regarding a Darrell Noel who was born in approximately 1926. He was born in Owen County, Kentucky. He married Catherine Marie Allen in approximately December 1946 and they divorced in approximately 1951. They had two chilren. I am unsure of the first birth other than it was a girl. The second birth was my father who was later adopted by Catherine's second husband. The boy was born on January 27, 1948 at Cincinnati General Hospital in Cincinnati, OH. It is said that Darrell served time in the Mansfield Reformatory and was there beginning sometime in 1947. I believe that Catherine and Darrell were married in Kentucky and moved to Ohio. The address listed on the birth certificate is 1601 Pleasant Ave, Cincinnati, OH. My dad's original first name is not listed on the birth certificate due to the adoption but it still list the last name as Noel. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
