I am researching the Petrie Family in Scotland, and find that William Petrie (born 1810 / 1811) married Jane (or Jean) Forbes Stane Noble who was born in Tyrie, Aberdeen c. 1817 William Petrie died 1844 / 1847 in New Pitsligo, Aberdeenshire and may have been a minister of the Scottish Episcopal Church Ant further information would be greatly appreciated.
