Did you also find them in 1850 and 1860 in the Santa Fe, Santa Fe Census? Thought you probably did so won't list them again.
Hopefully they were Catholic and early Catholic records were kept by the Church. You'll find a guide on how to find them in Santa Fe Co. at nmgs.org/Chrchs-SFe.htm.
The New Mexico Genelogical Society probably has the same type of guide for San Miguel Co.
Births weren't recorded on a state level until 1919. Marriage records are kept on a county level where the marriage occurred usually on file with the county clerk.
You'll find more about where records are kept at usgwarchives.org/nm/nmdir.htm.
The last Census record I could find was 1870.
I did find the Perea Family of New Mexico family tree trees.ancestry.com/tree/904590/person/1765182649 which contains your Ruibal/Roybal and McCoy family. However, it doesn't have more than the 1870 Census info. Successful Searching!
