Hi Dorothy, just thought I would get in here again and do some double checking before I close my research on this one. I was hoping to find more but I guess my line ends with Moses and Hannah[van natta]Hampton.
I did find an error on this message board I think you need to be aware of. You have Alexander s/o John and Mariah[reynolds]Hampton as being married before he married Rose Nell Curl. Whether he had a previous wife or not I don't know, but I do know you have the marriage date of Alex and Rose wrong. They were married Nov 24, 1900 in DeWitt County, Ill. They were my grandparents and I do have a copy of their marriage license and this is the date the event took place.
Just thought I would let you know because if I have an error I would expect someone to let me know about it so I could do a correction. I still don't understand the Jacob and Sarah Heideman deal either. As I said Ed Reynolds of Havana, Illinois stated to me that Jacob Reynolds and Elizabeth Birch were never divorced and lived together until one died.
Could this Sarah Heideman be the wife of his son Jacob?
You have a good day and I will deal with the snow, YUK.
