(NOTE: This deed is several pages so I am just typing the above)

In the above deed notice the name Marvel Moseley. I think Marvel Moseley is the father of John Moseley born about 1687 in Middlesex County, Virginia that married Mary Nichols, born about 1685,married October 10, 1717 in Christ Church, Middlesex County, Va..
John Moseley and Mary Nichols has daughter Jean Moseley born 1 October 1722 Middlesex Co., Virginia. John Haden son of Anthony and Margaret Haden married Jean Moseley. Note a Thomas Nichols in King and Queen County, Virginia related to Mary Nichols or Henry Nichols.

1704 a Marvel Moseley is listed as having 225 acres in Middlesex County, Virginia

Also is the same Henry Nichols of Middlesex County, Virginia on list of Rebel Participants in Bacon's Rebellion 1676 in Colonial, Virginia

Thomas Nichols who patented land in King and Queen County, Virginia is on a list regarding parcels of land the Pamunkey Indians leased for 99 years, which by an order of Assembly, held at James City 25 April 1679 and was later allowed a Patent. Some of the names on list that interest me as John Hayden, Thomas Carr, Robert Davis and Thomas Nichols.
