It came from the first [town] records of the town of Exeter, NH

Specifically noted:

"A Division of the uplands from the cone against Rocky poynt to the Creeke next on this side of Mr Hiltons"

It references the owners alotted acers, starting w/"Stanjon".

And, needless to say, until I find out where that "Rocky poynt" is located, I can't figure out where my ancestors owned property in Exeter.

You could probably get a copy of the first records
(Ms Page 5, Part 1)from the Exeter Historical Society.
