We wouldappreciat some help in our search for information on our Neumann line. We recently got some Neumann Naturalization records: one for C.I.M. Neumann and on for William Neumann. We think they may be related to August, Herman, John and Adolph Neuman.

Info on C.I.M. Neumann from Gage County Naturalization Record:

This document is dated 2 June 1893.....It said, that he had been a citizen of the United States, since he was 16 years old and that he served as a soldier in the War of the Rebellion. (The Civil War)

So, C.I.M. Neumann could have come to America sometime in the 1850s.

There isn't much information on William Neumann other than he also filed in Gage County, on October 5, 1883 and he also was from Germany.

We hope some descendant can help us fill in the blanks.

Thank you....
