Found this forum by accident. But found it to be very interesting! The posting about Dr. Gongal being awarded by the king is correct but the date is wrong. I do not know the exact date but the award is true and the name of award is also correct. Catherine posted saying her ancestors are from Kathmandu. Hope she can elaborate that. I am Gongal. I am from Kathmandu currently in US. I am related to Dr. Gongal. Sudesh
