Herman John Kleinholz came to the US in 1882 aboard the Strassberg from Breman. He was married to Katharina Lugger who followed him after the birth of their 8th child (with all 8 children). Herman's father was Herman who married Amalie Gallhoff. THIS Herman's father was Borich who was married to Zelma Schvoer. Herman a Katharina had 13 chidren, the last five born in the U.S. The family lived in Nebraska. I am trying to get in touch with descendants of these 13 children: Matt, John, Amelia (Melie), Sophie, Fred, Mary, Katie, Mattie, Conrad (Connie - male), Lizzie, Bertha, Chris, Maggie (Margaret). Herman also had a sister, Sophia, who married Johann Peter Wens and had nine children. I would also like to hear from any of their descendants. In Germany, at least five sisters remained ...
